Maximum occupancy levels in our condos and villas differ from 2-16 people depending on the size. For more information see FAQ for each vacation.

Q) Deposit requirements
A 10% reservation deposit will be required and may be paid by any of the following methods:
Credit card - by clicking on the >>Payment logo on our homepage
Bank transfer - wiring instructions will be provided
Personal or Business check - made out to American Golf Tours

Q) Final payment details
The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and may be paid by any of the following methods:

Q) Cancellation policy
Cancellation will only be accepted in writing or email. Iin the event of cancellation we will do our best to place another booking in the condo. If we are unable to do so the following charges will apply:
Cancellation more than 45 days before your vacation = Loss of deposit
Cancellation less than 45 days before your vacation = 75% of vacation cost
(we recommend you purchase cancellation trip insurance for your insurance carrier if need)

Q) Security deposit
A security credit card $200 deposit will be required and will be refunded when the condo has been inspected after departure.

Q) Check-in procedure
Check-in procedure will be advised as part of the final payment receipt, generally check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am but may vary depending upon which condo you have been allocated.

Q) What's included in the condos?
Everything you could need for a great vacation.
Air-conditioning in all accommodation areas, heated pools, refrigerators. All bed linen is provided and there
are plenty of bathroom and pool towels for the whole party. There
is cable TV in each condo. We will
provide complimentary cribs and highchairs if booked in advance. This may vary depending upon which condo you have requested.

Q) What should we bring with us?
You will not need to take anything other than your personal belongings and clothes. If you intend going to any water parks you should bring your own towels for this purpose.

Q) Is it possible to make and receive telephone calls?
We recommend using cell phones although some condos have credit card operated telephones for your convenience though long distance calls can be expensive.

Q) What are the local facilities available?
On our sites we have a championship-rated golf courses, tennis courts, child play area and communal swimming pool. Within minutes walking there are restaurants, banks, pharmacies, shops and supermarkets. This may vary depending upon which condo you have requested.

Yes, we are pleased to help you in association with a bonded travel agent.

Is cleaning of the condos included?
Yes, cleaning is all taken care of before you arrive and after you leave.

Q) Who owns the condos?
All condos are individually owned. Your reservation will be passed over directly to each individual owner or management company without any "middlemen" and without paying any extra fees or travel agency commissions. Condos are available either through the owners directly or their management companies.
